It almost did not happen, the July 4th Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular. Well, there was a thunderstorm, which made the organizers ask the audience to seek shelter and to announce that the show was going to be postponed. After nothing happened except a few lightning flashes, they continued with the program. However, five minutes after the show eventually started, the rain finally came. Here you see one of the few shots I managed to take of the fireworks display. I put some more photos in this flickr album.
