mirror fishing

I was surprised at how smooth and mirror-like the sea close to Samara was on this afternoon of the 28th of December. Nothing except for these boats was disturbing the smooth surface as far as the eye could see. Until that day I’d only ever seen the Atlantic and the Pacific north of 35ÂșN, and both were always quite a bit rougher than these quiet waters.
