This is a Blue Jeans Dart Frog (Oophaga pumilio), a 2.5 cm long morph of the Strawberry Poison Dart Frog, with quite a bit of poisonous punch. We found it on Heliconia Island in Costa Rica. Over the next couple of weeks I will be posting more pictures from our trip to Costa Rica.
